To stay on top of all customer queries, Corefactors CRM comes with a ticketing system that keeps the process organized.

Follow these steps to create a new ticket in the Corefactors CRM.

  1. Go to Support Box (insert symbol) from the menu bar on the left side of the Corefactors AI CRM screen
  2. Click on New in the top-right corner of the Support Box
  3. The Ticket Info opens
  4. Enter the ticket type and the person you want to assign the ticket. Enter the contact number and Email ID of the end user who raised the query; this is optional. Select the priority. Fill in the source and status details. Enter the title for the query under the subject. You can also elaborate on the query under the Description section.
  5. Click on Save

This newly created ticket will now appear in your Support Box.
