A slew of new features have been added in our in-built Success Box to provide our users an improved user experience.
- Now you can upload the transaction list of your customers. And these transactions will get mapped to correct customers automatically.
- Option to download only invalid data or failed data of the uploaded list so that you can rectify it and upload again without any hassle.
- Delete function for both; lists and corresponding data from Success Box. It means if you have uploaded a customer list by mistake and want to delete those customers only, you can do it by deleting that list from the uploaded list history and it will delete the relevant customer details.
- Both CSM customer list upload and CSM transaction list upload now store files in AWS S3.
