Navigate -> Marketing -> SMS + -> Export CSV
You find 2 ways to export the Report.
- Consolidated Report of the Campaign
- Individual Report of the Campaign
1. Consolidated Campaign Report:
Download Here allows you to download the consolidated campaigns report and you will be able to find the file in your local system or downloads.
Get Report on mail allows the business owner to get the consolidated campaign reports on his/her E-mail id.
- When you click on ” Get the report on Mail”, a Dialog box appears for confirmation on sending the reports to E-mail Id.
- By clicking OK, your reports shall be sent to the displayed mail id in the dialog box.
- You will get the confirmation message once the report is sent.
View on Mail: Click on click here for download, and you will be able to view on excel file.
2. Individual Campaign Report:
Navigate -> Click on the Campaign Name -> Export -> Get Report on Mail.
- When you click on ” Get the report on Mail”, a Dialog box appears for confirmation on sending the reports to E-mail Id.
- By clicking OK, your reports shall be sent to the displayed mail id in the dialog box.
- You will get the confirmation message once the report is sent.
View on Mail: Click on click here for download, and you will be able to view on excel file.
