You will find the Credits icon on the top toolbar. The icon with the coins gives you the information on credits available and Recharge History.
Navigate: Login -> Top right Side -> 4th icon from Welcome <your name>
When you click on the credits icon, you will be able to see all the Credits related to SMS.
1. SMS Transactional – For Transactional route
2. SMS Transcrub – For Promotional Route
In the Credits Info, you will be able to see the following details.
- App Name: The credits you have purchased shall be displayed.
- Credits: The credits you are left with after purchase.
- Reverted Credits: The DND Credits from the SMS campaign will be reverted to your account in three to five (3-5) Working Days.
- From and To Validity: The credits validity Date will be provided for you.
- Export CSV: You can export the Complete Credits information in CSV format.
Recharge History: You will be able to see all the credits purchased at various timelines.
Please Note:
- If you are a reseller, you will be able to find all your customers recharge history along with the recharged date.
- You can also export the recharge history.
