Setting Up MyOperator Integration in Corefactors AI CRM


Prerequisites

  • point_scan In order to have a successful integration with the Corefactors CRM account, you must have MyOpertaor account.

How to set up MyOperator Integration in Corefactors AI CRM

  • point_scan Step 1: Login to Corefactors AI CRM (https://tw1.teleduce.corefactors.in/login/) through admin credential.
  • point_scan Step 2: Go to the ‘Integration Page’ from the menu.
  • point_scan Step 3: Select ‘Telephony’ category from the available category options.
  • point_scanUnder ‘Telephony’ category, you will find below options for Knowlarity integration:
  • point_scan Click on the connect button and enter the Public API token from MyOperator account

Note: Once the integration is completed, the button will change to a "Connected" status, indicated by a green color.

    Know Limitation

  • point_scan On-Call Events: For both Incoming Call and Outbound Call pop-ups, the call events (like call answered, Ringing, etc.) will not be triggered. Hence, once the call is over, click on ‘Answered’ and do the subsequent action.
  • point_scan screen after 5 minutes of calls completed, in order to see the respective call recordings.
  • point_scan Missed Call Details: Missed Call Details will be available in Corefactors Dashboard only after 5 minutes. MyOperator is pushing the event in real-time. However, it's a limitation at Corefactors's end to validate the missed call per agent and then publish it.

To Disconnect MyOperator - Corefactors CRM Integration

In order to disconnect MyOperator Corefactors CRM Integration, please go to the MyOperator Corefactors CRM Integration interface and click on the ‘Disconnect’ button present on the integration page.
